By checking the box indicating your acceptance during the online booking process, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following terms. Your electronic acceptance constitutes your legal signature and is binding under applicable electronic signature laws.
1. Responsibility for Rental Equipment
The person making this reservation (‘Renter’) accepts full responsibility for all rental equipment and related items provided by TrueBlue Luxury Event Services for the duration of the rental period, from the time the equipment is delivered, picked up, or otherwise made available until it is returned or retrieved. The Renter agrees to exercise reasonable care in protecting all rented property from damage, theft, vandalism, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized use.
2. Damage Liability
The Renter agrees to be financially responsible for any damage to, loss of, or theft of any rented equipment beyond normal wear and tear, including damage to equipment, furnishings, fixtures, décor, accessories, electronics, broken mirrors or glass, damage caused by guests, vendors, contractors, children, pets, vandalism, missing items, excessive cleaning, unauthorized relocation or transportation, and any repairs or replacement costs resulting from negligence or misuse. TrueBlue Luxury Event Services reserves the right to determine the extent of damages and obtain repair estimates or replacement costs.
3. Credit Card Authorization
The Renter expressly authorizes TrueBlue Luxury Event Services to charge the credit card or other payment method used to make the reservation for damage repair costs, replacement costs for lost, stolen, or irreparably damaged equipment, excessive cleaning fees, additional rental time or late return fees, and any unpaid balance, fees, or charges arising from the rental. Charges will only be made for actual amounts owed under this Agreement. When practical, documentation supporting additional charges will be provided. Your deposit secures your event date. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 14 days prior to your event to secure your rental for the scheduled event.
Additional Authorization: The Renter agrees that any authorized charges under this Agreement
may be processed using the payment method on file without requiring additional authorization at
the time the charge is incurred. The Renter waives the requirement for a separate signed credit
card authorization for such charges.
4. Inspection
All rental equipment may be inspected before and after the rental period. Photographs, videos, and written documentation may be used to verify the condition of the equipment.
5. Indemnification
The Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrueBlue Luxury Event Services, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from the Renter’s possession, use, misuse, or operation of the rented equipment, except to the extent caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of TrueBlue Luxury Event Services.
6. Electronic Signature
By selecting ‘I Agree’ during the online reservation process, the Renter confirms they are at least 18 years of age, have legal authority to enter into this Agreement, agree to all terms herein, authorize TrueBlue Luxury Event Services to charge the payment method used for the reservation for charges permitted under this Agreement, and understand that their electronic acceptance has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
7. Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Please note that this deposit is strictly non‑refundable, regardless of cancellation or changes. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT, DAMAGE LIABILITY, AND CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION.
